The Implant Restoration Treatment Process
Consultation, Imaging, and Any Prep Work

Implant Placement and Healing
The titanium post is placed in the jaw in one visit. Over the next 3 to 6 months the bone fuses to the post, a process called osseointegration. Most of this stage is healing at home, with short check-ins so we can confirm everything is on track.
Abutment, Impressions, and Your Final Teeth
Once the post is solid, the abutment is attached and impressions or models of your mouth go to a dental lab. A few weeks later your crown, bridge, or implant-retained denture arrives, and you come in once more so we can check the fit and attach it. Without grafting, most patients go from placement to final tooth in about 4 to 7 months.
